Five years experience in the construction industry. At least 3 years experience in exterior restoration with a strong track-record of managing projects. Engineering degree required. Knowledge and experience in cast iron, terra cotta, GFRC, brick and stone setting, as well as traditional masonry and waterproofing. The position requires excellent communication and CAD skills. Foreign language is a plus.
